Free Shipping DJI covers shipping costs both ways anytime a product is sent back for replacement service. DJI Care Express Minimize downtime with DJI Care Express, which allows for a replacement product to ship out when the temporary authorization is placed. When DJI receives the original product, the temporary authorization hold is released.
